I’m frustrated. Life can be so much more than this. 9-6, 9 to 6, 9am to 6pm, 8 to 5, or 10 to 7.
WHy the fuck is it even like this??
Here in Portugal, probably a EU-wide thing, this kind of rules tend to protect the Employee a lot. If I were to be asked to work more than the legally allocated hours, the law has my side. So it’s not all bad for sure. When I am asked to think of amount of hours I can dedicate, I find it hard to answer. Not because I want to spend the least amount of time working. But because I don’t see time. I see things I love to do, and focus on them like each is the best lasagna I’ve ever eaten in my life.
